Most contractors buy a website
completely blind.

You sign a contract, pay a deposit, and then you wait. A month later you get sent a draft that doesn't look like what you pictured. Now you're either stuck with it, or you're paying for revisions, or you walk away and lose the deposit.

That's not how this should work. You're buying a website for your business. You should be able to see exactly what you're getting before you commit. Click around it. Check the contact form. See how it looks on your phone.

That's all the demos are. Real working sites I've already built, in three different styles per trade. Pick the one that fits your business. I'll customize it for you. No surprise reveals, no "creative direction" calls, no guessing game.

What You Skip

Things you don't deal with when you buy a demo.

  • No "discovery call" sales pitch. You already know what you want when you pick the demo.
  • No 4-week design phase. The design is already done. We just swap in your stuff.
  • No surprise reveal. You knew exactly what you were buying before money changed hands.
  • No back-and-forth on revisions. Customizations are clear and a-la-carte.
  • No long contract. One-time payment or month-to-month, your call.

$550 a month for six months. Then $350.

You don't pay for a static website. You pay for a website that gets built, then keeps getting built, while I run your Google Business Profile alongside it. The site you launch with isn't the site you end with.

Site + Google Management
Build it, grow it, manage it.
$ 550 /month for 6 months

A custom 6-8 page site goes live in about a week. Over the next 6 months we keep adding to it, refining it, and pointing it at whatever's actually working. Your Google Business Profile gets managed the entire time. After month 6, it rolls to $350/mo for ongoing site and GBP management. No long contracts.

  • Custom 6-8 page site live in about a week
  • New pages, sections, and content added every month based on what's converting
  • Google Business Profile managed monthly: posts, photos, review responses
  • Every review read and responded to within 24 hours
  • All edits and updates handled by me. You never log in.
  • Monthly report so you can see what's moving
  • Direct line to me. One person, no hand-offs.
  • After 6 months: $350/mo for ongoing site and GBP management

Or, one-time
$2,000once
Just want to buy a site outright? I'll build you a customized version of any demo, hand it over, and you're on your own. Honest heads-up: these are hand-coded HTML sites, so until I finish building the client dashboard, edits go through me at $25 each. Most contractors are better off on the monthly plan, but the one-time option is here if you want it.

No fluff.
Straight answers.

Real questions from real conversations. If something isn't here, just send me a message.

Are these actually real working websites? +
Yes. Every demo is a fully built, hand-coded HTML site with 5-8 pages you can click through. Contact forms, service pages, photo galleries, the whole thing. Same code that goes live for paying clients, just with placeholder business info instead of yours.
Can I log in and edit the site myself? +
Not right now. These are hand-coded HTML sites, not WordPress. That's a big part of why they load fast and rank well, but the trade-off is there's no dashboard for you to log into. If something needs to change (your hours, phone, a new photo, a typo), you text or email me and I do it. On the $550/mo plan all of that is included. On the one-time $2,000 plan, edits go through me at $25 each. A self-serve dashboard is in the works, but it's not live yet. Most contractors actually prefer this. They didn't buy a website so they could spend their evenings learning a CMS.
What if I want changes to a demo? +
Some changes are free as part of the build. Your business name, phone, hours, address, services, photos, colors, service area. Bigger changes like adding a brand-new service page or a custom feature are a-la-carte. I'll send you the prices upfront so there's no surprises.
What does the 6 months actually look like? +
Week 1 you book a call and I get the basics. Your business info, photos, service area, the demo you want to start from. About a week later you have a customized 6-8 page site live on your domain. From there, every month I'm doing two things: managing your Google Business Profile (posts, photos, review responses) and adding to or refining the website based on what's actually working. By month 6 the site looks meaningfully different from day one because we've built around the calls and searches that are actually coming in. Then it rolls to $350/mo for ongoing site and GBP management.
What happens after 6 months? Can I cancel? +
After month 6 the price drops to $350/mo and you're month-to-month from there. No contract, no cancellation fee. You can stop any time. The reason most contractors stay is the same reason they signed up: a Google Business Profile that nobody's touching loses ground to the ones that get worked on every week, and a static website that doesn't change starts feeling stale to Google after a few months. The $350 keeps both moving.
Will the site show up on Google? +
The site itself is built to be found. Fast, properly structured, schema markup, all the stuff Google wants. But a website by itself doesn't rank. It needs an active Google Business Profile pointing at it, regular updates, and time. That's exactly what the $550/mo plan handles. The $2,000 one-time plan gives you a great-looking site, but you'll need to manage your own Google presence after that.
Do I really get the site in a week? +
Roughly, yes. From the day you tell me which demo and send me your business info, photos, and domain access, it's about 5-7 business days to live. The reason it's that fast is because the design work is already done. We're not starting from a blank screen.
What if I don't like any of the demos? +
Then this isn't the right fit and I'll tell you so. If you want something fully custom designed from scratch, that's a different conversation, and probably not what I do best. The demos cover the styles that work for most contractors. If none of them feel right, you probably need a custom designer.
