We run six trucks out of our shop on the west side of Cedar Crossing. Our service area covers everything within about 30 minutes of base. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just call - we'll tell you honestly.
Our primary service area is the dark blue zone - guaranteed same-day response during business hours, under 60 minutes for emergencies. The outer zone is available by appointment with a small drive-time adjustment.
This isn't an exhaustive list - it's the places we do work in most weeks. If your town isn't listed but you're nearby, give us a call and we'll check the drive.
Our home base. We work in every neighborhood in the city, from downtown lofts to the newer developments on the east side. Response time under 30 minutes in town.
About 12 minutes from our shop. We do a lot of work here, mostly in the older ranch-style homes built in the 60s and 70s that need galvanized pipe repipes.
Newer subdivisions north of the highway. Common calls are water heater replacements and fixture installs in the 90s and 2000s-era construction.
Small community on the west side of the metro. Lots of older homes with cast iron drain lines that need occasional attention.
About 20 minutes out. We run weekly routes through here for maintenance plan customers and scheduled service calls.
Mid-sized bedroom community east of Cedar Crossing. Mix of older and newer construction. We work here almost daily.
Residential area with a lot of older homes. We see a lot of slab leaks and aging water heaters here - the housing stock is showing its age.
On the outer edge of our service area but still within 30 minutes. Mostly scheduled service calls, no extra drive-time fees in this zone.
Newer development with well-built homes. We handle warranty-period fixture work and water softener installs for the hard-water complaints.
Our 30-minute drive radius covers most of the Cedar Crossing metro, but we do travel outside of it for repeat customers, larger jobs, and emergencies when nobody closer can respond. If you're outside our standard area, we'll be upfront about drive-time charges before we come out.
We don't take jobs we can't service well. If your location is too far for a same-day response or if it's outside our licensing area, we'll tell you and recommend someone local who can help. That's the honest answer and it beats wasting your afternoon.
