"Sam & his dad, on the day the shop opened in 2011" Replace with real photo at conversion
A shop run by a kid who
grew up under the sink.
Sam Stillwater opened this shop in 2011, but his hands knew the trade a lot longer than that. His dad ran a plumbing route out of the same garage from 1978 until the day he retired. Sam grew up holding flashlights, then holding wrenches, then doing the work himself.
When his dad retired, Sam kept the same phone number, the same shop, and the same rule: do the work the way you would want it done at your own grandma's house, and never charge a price you would not feel right looking somebody in the eye about. That is still how it works today.
"My dad always said, the customer doesn't really care about the pipe. They care about not having to think about it again. That's the job."
