Form submissions get a text reply inside the same business day, usually within an hour or two. We confirm what's going on, ask any quick questions, and offer you a couple of appointment windows that work for our schedule and yours.
You'll get a heads-up text when we're 20 minutes out. We arrive in the time window we promised, in a uniform, in a marked truck. Then we look, give you a flat written price, and you decide whether to move forward.
