Most calls fall into one of these six buckets. Click any of them for the full breakdown - what we do, what it usually costs, and how long the visit takes. If your problem is not on the list, call anyway. We have probably seen it.
Most of the work below we can finish on the first visit because the parts are already with us. No "we'll have to come back tomorrow" call. No second trip charge. Just the fix.
Burst pipes, sewage backups, no-water calls, slab leaks at 2am. We answer the phone any hour, dispatch a real plumber, and quote a flat price before any work starts. Most emergencies reached within an hour.
Tank, tankless, gas, electric. We carry Bradford White, Rinnai, and Rheem on the trucks. Most failures replaced same-day. Tankless conversions usually quoted on the first visit, installed within a week.
Cabling for kitchen sinks, tub drains, and floor drains. Hydro-jetting for main lines and grease-clogged commercial kitchens. Camera inspection included on every main line job so you can see why it backed up.
Acoustic listening and thermal imaging finds the leak before we touch the floor. Most slab leaks repaired through one small access cut. Reroute and epoxy options for older copper systems.
PEX or copper repipes for older homes with failing galvanized, polybutylene, or pinhole-leaking copper. Most homes done in 2-3 days. Water back on every night. Drywall repair coordinated through our partner.
Licensed gas work for new ranges, dryers, generators, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens. Emergency leak repair with proper pressure testing and county inspection. We do not cut corners on gas, ever.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, hose bibs, pressure-reducing valves. The smaller jobs that other shops will not show up for. We will. Bring your own fixture or have us pick one up - we can do either.
Annual backflow testing for irrigation systems and commercial properties. State-certified testers on staff. We file the paperwork with the water district so you do not have to chase it down.
Three things we promise on every job, every time. They are not marketing - they are written into the quote you sign before we start.
You hear the price before a single wrench moves. The number we say is the number on the invoice. No "we ran into something" surprises mid-job.
If we have to run for a part, that's on us. If the job takes longer than expected, that's on us too. Flat means flat.
If we open up a wall and find something we didn't expect, we stop and tell you what we're seeing and what it'll cost - before doing anything else.
Every quote we hand you has these three things printed on it. They are not bonus features - they are how we have done business for 17 years.
If anything we touched fails inside the first year, we come back and fix it. No second service call fee, no diagnostic charge, no runaround. Manufacturer warranty on the parts is separate and usually longer.
If you are not happy with the work after we leave, call us. We come back and fix it - or refund the labor. We have been in this town too long to leave a customer unhappy over a $400 job.
Our 17-year average for after-hours emergency calls inside the service area is under 60 minutes from phone-pickup to truck-in-driveway. If we cannot make it that fast, we will tell you on the phone before dispatching.
Tell us what is happening - we will tell you whether it is something we can talk you through on the phone, or whether we need to send a truck. No pressure either way.
