Cabling for sinks, tubs, and floor drains. Hydro-jetting for main lines. Camera inspection on every main line job at no extra charge so you can see exactly what was clogging it. Root removal and recurring-clog diagnosis.
Slow leaks, fast leaks, pinhole copper, failing polybutylene. Spot repairs where it makes sense. Whole-house repipes in PEX where the old plumbing is past saving. We work with your insurance carrier on the paperwork side.
New kitchen faucet, wobbly toilet, leaky hose bib, garbage disposal install, shower valve replacement. The "small jobs" other shops will not show up for. Bring your own fixture or have us pick one up.
Vermont winters are hard on plumbing. We thaw frozen lines before they burst when you catch them early. When they burst, we get the water back on fast, dry the area, and walk you through preventing it next time. Insurance paperwork too.
$149 a year. We come out once, flush the water heater, check the anode rod, test the PRV, run all the shutoff valves, and look for slow leaks before they become fast ones. Members get 10% off any work we end up doing.
Kitchen remodels, basement bathrooms, finished attic suites, in-law additions. We coordinate with your GC, pull the permits, and rough in the supply and DWV. Final fixture set when the rest of the trades are done.
Whole-house softener install, reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink, iron filtration for well water, salt-free conditioners. We test your water for free first so we are recommending the right system, not the most expensive one.
We don't do hourly rates with surprise add-ons. We look at the job, give you a flat price, and you decide. Here's a rough idea of where most jobs land so you're not walking in blind.

Big jobs (repipes, sewer line work, new construction) get a written quote on-site, free. We don't price those over the phone because we don't think it's fair to guess.
